ipona is the official home of consultant, trainer and writer Dave Sussman. His unofficial home is Al & Dave, which he shares with friend and co-author Alex Homer.

For the last several years Dave has been working closely with the ASP.NET development team at Microsoft to help bring books on their new technologies to the market. With access to advance builds and team support he's become an expert in ASP.NET and shares this knowledge through books, conference talks and training courses.

Dave is a Microsoft MVP in ASP.NET, and a member of ASPInsiders, a body of industry experts who advise the ASP.NET development team on future products. He is a member of the INETA Speakers Bureau, and speaks regularly at conferences and user groups.
